St. Stephen’s Women’s Department Team Objectives

  1. Keep the purpose in mind – Teams of Encouragement (TOE)
  2. Issues and Ideas bag – e–mail Sis. Wendy all team issues and ideas
  3. Testimonies – can go in newsletter
  4. Teaming Up – teams may pair with another for assistance in leadership
  5. Communication is Key
    • Leaders appoint a team member to assist with providing teams with information
    • Get to know members – children, birthdays…
  6. Teams plan one fun outing
  7. Plan one outreach; examples following:
    • Sis. Lambert (Dorcas) – clothes drive in March
    • Mo. Johnson – door hangers
  8. Collect money as a seed
  9. Pray, Read the Word, Fast (fellowship) one day or night a month
  10. Special Needs – learn about all members and generally our church women’s special needs
